SUMMARY
Ayrissa Schmidt is a trial attorney at the firm’s San Diego office. Mrs. Schmidt’s practice primarily focuses on general business litigation, public entity liability, labor and employment law, and professional liability including the representation of architects, engineers, and legal professionals.
Mrs. Schmidt graduated from Miami University, Oxford with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics, and her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Schmidt served as an executive leader for the Black Law Students Association and American Civil Liberties Union. Mrs. Schmidt also was a member of the Faulty Admissions Committee and The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. Mrs. Schmidt also had an internship with the Supreme Court of Ohio in the Chambers of Justice Melody Stewart. Mrs. Schmidt also served 5 years on active duty in the United States Navy as a surface warfare officer prior to attending law school.
