SUMMARY
Cristine Capitulo is a trial attorney at the firm’s Inland Empire office. Her practice focuses on general liability, construction defect, and complex tort matters. Before joining the firm, Ms. Capitulo gained valuable experience as an analyst at AIG. She also practiced in plaintiff-focused litigation at the start of her legal career, including gaining experience in defense work, and as a result has acquired a comprehensive perspective on both sides of the legal spectrum.
Ms. Capitulo received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. At Southwestern, Ms. Capitulo was apart of the Trial Advocacy track, where she obtained invaluable lawyering skills through the prestigious Jack Daniels ABOTA Trial school. Ms. Capitulo has successfully tried a jury trial to verdict with positive results, further enhancing her expertise. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends, as well as exploring her artistic talents through singing and writing original R&B music.
