SUMMARY
Najaf Shah is an associate in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Prior to joining C+C, Ms. Shah’s practice focused on commercial litigation, employment law, real estate transactions, and corporate transactions including entity formation and contract drafting. She led strategy and litigated complex commercial, employment, toxic tort, and personal injury cases from inception and moved the cases towards settlement.
Ms. Shah received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. She earned her Master of Laws degree with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She began building her legal resume as a judicial clerk to Hon. Judge Michael M. Mihm, in the Central District of Illinois. Ms. Shah also has a Bachelor of Law (LLB) with honors from University of London.
Ms. Shah currently serves as Vice President of the South Asian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
