Angelica Victoria O. De Mesa

SUMMARY

Angelica Victoria (“Angie”) De Mesa is an attorney in the firm’s Pasadena office. Ms. De Mesa’s practice involves general business litigation, public entity liability, and professional liability. 

Prior to joining Collins + Collins, Ms. De Mesa represented insurance carriers and other third-party payors in complex qui tam cases involving the prosecution of healthcare fraud violations under the California Insurance Fraud Prevention Act. She also has experience litigating a wide range of matters such as wrongful death, negligence, elder abuse, fraud, intellectual property, and breach of contract. On the transactional side, Ms. De Mesa previously assisted clients with business contracts such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, services agreements, settlement agreements, and waivers.

Ms. De Mesa received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2016. She was involved in Moot Court Board as well as the Global Justice Trip to India. She made Dean’s list for the Fall 2014 semester and again for Fall 2015. She graduated cum laude from University of California, San Diego in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
