Mr. Scroggins is a trial attorney at the firm’s Inland Empire office. On the transactional side, Mr. Scroggins assists clients with corporate formation, structuring, management, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Collins + Collins, Mr. Scroggins worked in the entertainment industry for the Walt Disney Company and served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Art from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Scroggins is admitted to the State Bar in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
