SUMMARY
D’Ahna Scott is an attorney at the firm’s Nevada office. Ms. Scott’s practice focuses on general business litigation, public entity liability, and entertainment and intellectual property matters. She represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a variety of civil actions, including commercial disputes and liability matters. Ms. Scott has experience assisting clients with intellectual property and brand-related issues, including trademark registration and protection, as well as the negotiation of licensing and sponsorship agreements.
Prior to joining Collins + Collins, Ms. Scott handled both litigation and transactional matters for corporate, retail,
and entertainment-related clients. Her experience includes drafting and responding to USPTO trademark office actions, supporting brand management and enforcement strategies, preparing commercial and sponsorship-related agreements, and assisting with coverage evaluation and settlement analysis in insurance disputes. She also gained industry-specific experience through work with professional sports and entertainment organizations and through involvement with Super Bowl–related legal and business initiatives, supporting programming and stakeholder
coordination surrounding major sporting events.
Ms. Scott earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she served as a Nevada Law Journal editor, graduated with Highest Pro Bono Honors, and received the Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
