Christian A. Yip is an attorney at the firm’s Pasadena office. His practice primarily focuses on general casualty litigation and construction law. He has substantial experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, negotiations, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, and mediation.
Mr. Yip has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of casualty litigation matters, including automobile accidents, construction liability lawsuits, and owner/premises liability actions. Additionally, Mr. Yip has defended general contractors, independent contractors, and other construction professionals in construction defect, negligence, and breach of contract construction matters.
Mr. Yip graduated from California State University, Los Angeles in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Minor in Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2019 and was admitted to the California Bar the same year. Mr. Yip’s emphasis in law school was Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, where he participated in Chapman’s mediation clinic and was certified as a mediator under the Dispute Resolution Program.
