SUMMARY
Jennifer Tang is a trial at the firm’s Nevada office. Her practice primarily focuses on general business litigation and insurance coverage disputes. She is actively involved in all phases of a case, from pre-litigation strategy to trial, in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Collins + Collins, Ms. Tang handled a wide range of personal injury claims across California and Nevada, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. This diverse experience has given her valuable insight into the legal system and the strategies employed by both sides, which she leverages to benefit her clients. She has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including case investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions.
Ms. Tang earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, serving as Vice Justice and Director of Social Events. She was also involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside.
In her free time, Ms. Tang enjoys crafting, spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs, and attending concerts. She also loves traveling the world with her family and friends
