Kristopher P. Lancial is a trial attorney at the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Lancial is an experienced attorney in all aspects of litigation. In recent cases his strategies have led to voluntary dismissals of his clients, fee shifting via tender of defense, and early resolution of matters through mediation and direct negotiation all of which have saved clients thousands in litigation expenses. Mr. Lancial has successfully argued cases in front of arbitrators and judges to achieve awards of less than one-third of the Plaintiff’s desired amount.
