SUMMARY
Laith P. Helo is a trial attorney at the firm’s Pasadena office. Mr. Helo’s practice areas include general business litigation, commercial transactions, construction law, entertainment law, products liability, and real estate law. Mr. Helo has experience in entertainment and commercial transactions, including content and rights acquisitions, garnered through his time at the in-house Business and Legal Affairs team at WEBTOON Entertainment Inc.
In 2018, Mr. Helo received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge where he majored in Political Science: Law and Society, minored in Philosophy, and graduated cum laude. During his time there, Mr. Helo had the privilege of partaking in the university’s Judicial Internship Program as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael K. Kellogg.
Mr. Helo earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2021, where he previously served as the Student Chair of the Honor Code Committee. During his time there, Mr. Helo focused his studies on entertainment and contract law, served as a copyright law research assistant, and received the recognition of Honorable Mention Moot Court Oralist during his first year in attendance. Mr. Helo was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025.
