Defense Verdicts in Asbestos Cases: Ms. Jackson served on the trial team for a matter in Alameda County which received a Defense verdict where it was alleged that the decedent was exposed to asbestos-containing products while serving in the U.S. Navy. She also second chaired a trial in Contra Costa County, receiving a Defense verdict, where Plaintiff claimed take-home exposure to asbestos-containing pipe.
