Michelle C. Jackson is an attorney at the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Ms. Jackson’s practice focuses on construction litigation, product liability, professional liability, toxic tort, and personal injury. Ms. Jackson is experienced in defending manufacturers and contractors as both local and national counsel in complex tort litigation. Ms. Jackson has worked with clients managing all phases of litigation for large numbers of cases and her legal acumen has been invaluable in providing successful results for her clients.
Ms. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Speech Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco.
Oversaw Trial Teams for First Virtual Trials: Ms. Jackson oversaw the trial teams of two of the first virtual trials in Alameda County, California.
Defense Verdicts in Asbestos Cases: Ms. Jackson served on the trial team for a matter in Alameda County which received a Defense verdict where it was alleged that the decedent was exposed to asbestos-containing products while serving in the U.S. Navy. She also second chaired a trial in Contra Costa County, receiving a Defense verdict, where Plaintiff claimed take-home exposure to asbestos-containing pipe.
