SUMMARY
Casey L. Helton is a trial attorney in the firm’s San Diego County office. Ms. Helton’s practice focuses primarily on representing employers in complex workplace disputes and compliance matters. She represents employers in litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.
Casey earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she received the CALI Award for excellence in Negotiation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
