Mr. Kim is a trial attorney at the firm’s Orange office. Mr. Kim’s practice primarily focuses on public entity liability, professional liability, labor and employment, construction law, general business litigation and trial.
Prior to joining Collins + Collins, Mr. Kim spent the inception of his career as a Deputy Public Defender in Orange County and as an experienced trial attorney. During his time as a Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Kim vigorously represented individuals accused of a crime and tried 10 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Kim has also conducted over 50 Preliminary Hearings and represented hundreds of clients.
