Mr. Caoile’s practice focuses primarily on handling general casualty litigation, insurance coverage and professional liability matters, including the representation of architects, engineers, and legal professionals. With a comprehensive background in insurance defense, Mr. Caoile has a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Mr. Caoile has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, transportation and contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Caoile was a trial attorney in Southern California. He represented a national insurance company and gained vast experience. He then transitioned into successfully handling several traumatic brain injury and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Caoile obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.
