SUMMARY
Kirk A. Musacchio is an attorney counsel at the firm’s Walnut Creek Office. Mr. Musacchio has over 40 years of transactional and litigation experience in commercial, business, real estate/land use, personal injury, and tort law. His practice primarily focuses on business, commercial and real estate transactions.
Mr. Musacchio acts as general counsel to various statewide and multi-national businesses and assists the firm’s clients in business formation and dissolution, structuring, management, divestiture, and merger and acquisition. His representation also covers structured financing, contract negotiation and agreements, employment issues, real estate acquisition and sales, leasing, title disputes, land use planning and development, construction law, and CEQA and environmental issues.
Mr. Musacchio brings to his practice unique business experience as a former founder and shareholder in a litigation and transaction firm for twenty-two years and also founded a business consulting firm with emphasis in real estate and business finance and syndication. He was also a former Executive Vice President- Legal establishing the legal department managing the regulatory and legal affairs for a $350 million savings bank with substantial real estate development, mortgage lending, real estate sales and construction subsidiaries.
