SUMMARY
Gavin E. Jack is a trial attorney at the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Jack’s practice primarily focuses on public entity liability, professional liability, labor and employment, general casualty litigation, general business litigation, real estate, and commercial transactions. Mr. Jack has defended claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, breach of the warranty of habitability, fraud, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligence.
Drawing on his pre-law background as a commercial real estate analyst, Mr. Jack brings a practical, business-minded perspective to legal challenges. Before joining C+C, he served as a litigation attorney with a focus on defending and advising non-profit organizations across a wide range of legal issues.
Mr. Jack earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received the Emery Scholarship for academic excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade and exceptional academic achievement in his Legal Research and Writing course. Mr. Jack completed his undergraduate studies at the University of San Diego, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
